Shanghai’s New Cultural Landmark 上海新地標 浦東美術館開館
On July 8th, Museum of Art Pudong, or MAP, officially opened to the public. The 30-meter-tall white building is designed by Jean Nouvel, a French architect and Pritzker Prize-winner. Located in the center of Lujiazui and backed by the Oriental Pearl Tower, the museum enjoys a perfect position by occupying ‘the last piece of golden land near the Huangpu River’.
